New Construction Lighting Design
On most new homes, the lighting plan is a grid of downlights added to the electrical drawing after every other decision is final. By the time anyone sees what it produces, the ceilings are closed.
Our most complete service, started while ceilings, cabinetry, and controls can still be shaped around the light. We design the effect first, specify the tools second, and stay through construction until the fixtures are aimed and the scenes are set.

Produce the layout, fixture schedule, switching intent, and scene strategy — before rough-in.
