Room by room, we separate the fixes that are cheap — trims, lamps, beam angles, dimmers, re-aiming — from the ones that need electrical work, and put them in order of impact.

Yes. A new trim, a lamp with a different beam angle, or a better dimmer can transform a room without opening a ceiling. An audit puts those opportunities in order.
Yes. Kitchens, primary bedrooms, and living rooms are the most common. One note: a room that feels wrong is sometimes reacting to the room next to it, so we may look at both.
